Seeds of Wealth ("we," "us," or "our") operates seedsofwealth.ca as a not-for-profit service offering resources on community wealth-building. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws, including Ontario's privacy rules.

We collect minimal personal information necessary for site operation, such as name, email, and contact details, when you subscribe to newsletters, submit comments, or contact us. Website analytics may capture IP addresses, browser type, and usage data via cookies, but no sensitive data like financial or health information.
No data is collected from children under 13 without parental consent.
How We Use Information
Personal information supports service delivery, like sending updates or responding to inquiries, and improves site functionality through analytics. We do not sell, trade, or use data for commercial purposes, aligning with our not-for-profit mission.
Data retention is limited to what's needed; inactive subscriber data is deleted after two years unless required by law.
